Powder Coating

Powder Coating is an advanced method of applying a decorative and protective finish to a wide range of materials including zinc diecastings. Powder coated surfaces are more resistant to chipping‚ scratching and fading than many other painted finishes. Colour selection is virtually unlimited and with a wide range of textures and gloss levels also available.

Our powder coating ovens have been specifically designed for zinc diecastings and this allows us to apply a very high quality finish without porosity from the diecasting coming to the surface and causing blemishes.

We currently apply epoxy‚ polyester and hybrid mixes of powder coatings on a fully automatic line using reciprocating guns and a semi–automatic line operated by hand.
